I am currently a student at Trevecca Nazarene University and I am also employed as a HIM Specialist/Analyst at General Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. I am currently working on my thesis, on better workflow strategies to reduce DNFB number of days at my facility. While researching information, I located this wonderful article. It was wonderful reading how your HIM team work seamlessly to acheive your goals. Great Job!
